Boxify

We're new to shopify, not to shipping products so we were definitely struggling to get the calculations correct. A few minutes with Boxify and their support folks and we were dialed in exactly where we needed to be. I look forward to learning more and using this app!!

I chose this app because no other app could help me set shipping rates on products, consisting of several parts, shipped in custom packages. I have a large number of SKUs and Boxify helped me upload them in a smooth way. Their customer service is outstanding!

Haven't fully started using it yet but so far so good! Service has been amazing. Dave is very responsive and will get back to you with very detailed answers. We were looking for an app that could solve the problem of getting quotes for different boxes and this fixes that.

Great customer service. Dave from Boxify guided me through the shipping madness. Everything now is running smooth. I recommend this App for business owners that are having trouble with Shopifys default packaging option.

I really like boxify. It helps me solve my long-term puzzle on logistics and shipping. It could calculate the shipping cost by matching my product dimensions to the right box size. Moreover, when I had some tech issues setting up my account, their support team (Dave) helped me right away. He was so nice and professional. Thanks the team. I would highly recommend them.

I spent 5 hours working with this app including watching videos. It seemed to hold a lot of promise but no matter what I tried, I could not get it to work. I was working on a Saturday so I could not get with the support team.

Amazing app! Just what I was looking for! Tried other apps but I quickly gave up trying to get them to work. This was the only app that I could find that allowed me to use MY as in my own negotiated shipping rates with UPS using my UPS account. Installation was flawless. The only thing is $19 it's a bit pricey for my needs right now. Would be happy to pay $10-$15 but will have too see. Grrrr.... too bad Shopify doesn't have functionality like this out of the box. Great app guys!

still doesnt do what i need. All i need is an app that lets me set box sizes not something so overly complicated and convoluted as this. Learning curve is fine, but it asks a ton of things i dont need to ask or answer. How hard is it to just be able to set universal box sizes?

the pricing structure is terrible- for an app that just lets you pick box sizes, the fact that the price goes up the more you sell is stupid. .

this is apparently the best we can expect. if only shopify would listen to the customers and just let us set box sizes globally stupid apps like this wouldn't have to exist to infuriate us.

Edit: Dropped to 1 star because it prevented multiple customers from checking out!!! Careful guys, it actually stops you from making money!

It took me less than 15 minutes to get Boxify up and running. We ship primarily one product, but have some seasonal items as well -- meaning we have multiple box sizes, and both boxes have their own weights, which is where we ran into trouble with Shopify's default settings. We also wanted to use our negotiated rates and were very disappointed that on the Advanced plan we couldn't set multiple box sizes! But Boxify solves all of that -- and you can be on the Lite plan to get negotiated rates, which is a nice surprise. This app is perfect if you need multiple box sizes and/or negotiated rates. Couldn't recommend it more, top-notch support too!

Doesnt even recognize my API credentials, who the hek are the 43 people that gave this app 5 stars. I mean, that's a lot of family members rating your worthless app.
