This is an awesome app! We have a HUGE variety of products......MANY shapes and sizes......so we needed a way to manage the numerous packaging variations for shipping calculations. Boxify made it a simple process!! On top of that, their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! No wait times for a response. Immediate communication and solutions. Our products vary in size from very small to large, and calculating dimensional weights online for shipping has been very problematic. Further complicating things is that we have an API between Shopify and our POS system which created additional hurdles.

Dave at Boxify has been just excellent to work with...very responsive and consultative. We now have box calculations that work perfectly every time, thus assuring our customers that they are getting accurate and fair shipping costs when ordering. Boxify enables us to control all the variables from box cost, mark-ups, packing charges, etc.

This is a great app and well worth the expense!

I always always always receive EXCELLENT support from Dave, like none other, complete with screenshots and troubleshooting logs etc. And the app is just so great, it's saved us loads of money, that I know for sure! Just wonderful!

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a subscription software. Every time I have had a question related to shipping rates, my configuration of my Boxify settings, optimal box dimensions, etc, Boxify has been there to answer my questions.

I honestly don't normally leave reviews for things, but I've been so blown away by Boxify's customer service (on numerous occasions) that I feel obligated to let other's know! Special thanks to Dave for all his help!

This is by far the best app for your e-commerce store. If you only have one app this should be it. This app perfectly calculates shipping costs to the penny in your shopping cart even when there are 5 or 6 different size items. It even has the ability to calculate for USPS Flat Rate Boxes. We have 3 different Shopify stores and offer free standard shipping at $49. but we try to encourage customers to upgrade to priority or express mail and pay exactly what it costs us to ship saving us thousands of dollars. We have well over 10,000 shipping calculations a month which is one of the highest plans but the savings, in the long run, is incredible. What you also get is round the clock support from Dave and his crew who couldn't be happier to help. We have now been using the app for over a year and get about 350 orders a day and never have the estimated shipping costs been off by more than a few dollars even on express orders across the country. If you have a lot of SKU numbers like we do (5000) it will take a while to set up, but its well worth it.

Dave is an amazing resource, and this app works very well. The team working on it strives to make it more dynamic on a daily basis, and is willing to go the extra mile to make test features available for customers to try out what their working on. Very cool team to work with.

Boxify saved us from our constant shipping miscalculations. Honestly, before Boxify our shipping was hardly ever accurate, after Boxify we're happy campers and our saving both our customers & ourselves money! Accuracy is key people! Also, whenever we've needed assistance with the app - Boxify support has been happy & quick to help. 5 stars!

Boxify has been a life-saver for us! We have so many different variations of products in different sizes and mediums and Boxify allows us to easily enter product dimensions (which Shopify surprisingly doesn't offer) so that shipping can be properly calculated. Their customer support is top notch and they've helped us troubleshoot several issues we were having. The one thing I recommend for Boxify for the dimensions to be carried over when a product is duplicated in Shopify (might be a Shopify feature request). But we are so thankful for Boxify and all it has done for our business!

I have used this app for 2 different website now over the last 3 years or so and have nothing but good things to say about it! We ship a number of large/heavy items and a few of these products need to ship in multiple boxes. Boxify makes setting this up an absolute breeze! We couldn't be happier about this integration and would be dead in the water without it. Dave is always quick to respond and help when and if I have any questions too!

I wanted to have the option to hide shipping method options at check out but still charge a shipping fee. It would of been an invested technical work around but Dave understood what I was trying to do and suggested I change the language of the terms to "Probable Shipping Method (may ship by a different Ground service" that way customers wouldn't be upset if they choose UPS and got USPS shipping! Excellent problem solver!
