WARNING - When your free trial ends, it will not automatically bill you or start on the basic plan. What does that mean? If you utilize this app as your only calculated shipping method, your customers will not be able to checkout! Fortunately a customer brought this to our attention, minimizing the loss of our ad spend and visitor exits. Nonetheless, the ad spend that we had during this time cost us more than the app does for the year. Hopefully the developer will change that. Most apps we've installed require you to agree to a specific plan that will begin billing once your plan expires without having you to re-enter the app and choose a plan.

Otherwise, this app is an excellent tool and I highly recommend it. It's actually unbelievable that Shopify doesn't already have dimensions as an option for shipping. Just another monthly expense for using Shopify's platform..

We have used this app for some time to help us with shipping. Recently, we had an issue and a question. I was able to have the developer reach back out and solve my problem quickly. I feel he went above and beyond to help us fix a configuration and offered a suggestion for another configuration solution. That is great service! I highly recommend Boxify!

We can't say enough about this app! It's designed brilliantly and delivers real-time shipping rates from FedX, UPS and USPS for every product variant in our store, based on the size and weight of each product. Our framed art sizes vary greatly and within Shopify, there was no way to set a box size for each of our images, let alone each image's size variants. However, upon installing and opening the app, each variant had a size input field. Also, we were able to add sizes for every product automatically by using the downloadable spreadsheet of products which Boxify creates. After adding the sizes to over 250 products on the spreadsheet, Dave at Boxify ensured the uploaded spreadsheet worked perfectly. Tech support is second to none - they've gotten back to us within a few hours via email, with every question we've had. You don't need to pay Shopify for real time rates, you get them included with Boxify in the cost of your subscription.

UPDATE (one month later):
Just another shout out to Dave for knowing FedX's services better than FedX reps, who needed to go back on what they told me after some further research confirmed Dave was correct. He knows this business, you won't go wrong.

Dave is very prompt and responsive to our questions and very helpful with bulk uploading of dimensions to our store. This product works wonderfully for our needs and seems to be solving our problem of dimensional weight calculation. If you are having cost issues with dimensional weight vs. true weight, this is the app for you!

Boxify app solved the issues we had in the past for more accurate shipping fees for our customers. The support team is extremely helpful and always reply to you quickly when you need that help right away.

Dave at Boxify is quick to jump on a call and offer support. When your dealing with a down system, a 1:1 conversation is sometimes all that is needed. He is experienced, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

I was an early adopter of Boxify and I have been happy from beta through its current production version. I originally installed it because Boxify was the most cost-effective way for my store to calculate the dimensional weight of widely varying sized products inside of multiple sizes of boxes. For example, one purchase may be a guitar, the next a pack of strings, while the third purchase is an amplifier plus an effect pedal. Boxify is able to calculate the most efficient packaging for each of these scenarios and then estimate the FedEx, UPS, and USPS costs using dimensional weight. Early on I requested the addition of USPS to the shippers Boxify supports and the developer not only added it but also went out of his way to inform me of its availability, which I consider to be excellent customer service.

Dave is an amazing resource, and this app works very well. The team working on it strives to make it more dynamic on a daily basis, and is willing to go the extra mile to make test features available for customers to try out what their working on. Very cool team to work with.
