Too many bugs for us to have confidence in this app. When it worked, it was brilliant... but it didn't work all the time. We had to set up Advanced Shipping Rules which meant this app didn't work with shipping rules. It's such a shame because we did great sales through it. We couldn't find an app similar.

Hi there. Thank you for the review and for using our app over the last few months. I wanted to ask, were you having any issues recently? We're aware that you needed Advanced Shipping Rules integration, so we're in contact with them to find out how we can integrate and, providing all is well, we'll integrate that soon. I know we had some teething issues a few months back but we weren't aware you were having any issues recently. If you wouldn't mind, I'd love to hear what those were so I can take a look. Thank you and all the best with the store. I personally look forward to getting my hands on your products when I'm back on the Sunshine Coast!

An incredible app. Hamza went out of his way many many times to ensure every need for my customers was achieved. He was always kind and understanding of our goals for using the app on our store and I couldn't rate his support higher. Thank you!!!

"Do not use this app. it is not supported anymore. The bundle takes 8 minutes to be created." This was my first review. The team actually reached out to me to help me find solutions and they seem to be eager to fix their issues. I might give it a go in a few more weeks.

The Deli Social - Birmingham. Downloaded to sell customisable Christmas hampers. This app is really easy to use and the support from Andy has been next level. It has built in steps that work really well together, and you can use form steps to get personalised messages. On top of this more than one automatic discount is available which is not part of the base Shopify software. We have been able to produce highly customisable products that are exactly what we were looking for. We are very impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a customisable option on their products.

4 stars for the product and an extra star for the outstanding service! The product itself is highly customisable and removes the need for a lot of custom code. The support is exceptional. Highly recommended

We purchased boxbuilder for our 400+ products. What we like about this app:
- ease of use/set up : everything is intuitive, you do not need to be an expert to configure the app. It's also quick to set up.
- built-in options to customise the app the way you like
- speed: we were afraid the app would lag or slow the process of choosing products to add in the bundle as we have several hundred products to chose from. But no issues there, the whole process is fast and working 100%. UX good. - kind support
What we liked less about the app: so far, everything seems to be working fine so nothing to say here.
There are a few cosmetic changes that we wish(ed) to make and that are not available in the options (font size, color this or that, buttons here or there, etc) but the app's support has been very responsive and making the code changes as we asked.
... so we do recommend boxbuilder, you can safely try it out!

I attempted to use this app for my website, sugar-rushed.shop, now for about a month and have found it was very successful in the beginning but quickly began to fall apart with there being constant issues persisting with the app. This includes the main being a complete loss of functionality based on a neverending loading loop when accessing the product bundles setup using the app. I have waited and waited for support to help me in this matter but there is absolutely no support and this is starting to feel like highway robbery.

Fantastic app i used to build my online candy store. I needed a way where the customer could build their own bag of sweets and this app did that just perfect. It is very easy to use and works great on desktop and smartphone. At one point i needed some help, so i contacted the support and Jalal got back to me in no time and fixed the "problem" in less than 10 minutes after my first email. Amazing product and service.

I was VERY disappointed in their customer service. I started trying to get the app integrated into my online shop on March 27 and still did not have things working smoothly by May 2nd. We were up against a wall as we wanted to launch for Mother's Day and needed time to market the new product line and build awareness.

On May 3rd, after not hearing back from them and having no resolve, I deleted the app and went with a different one that I had up and running by the next day with no issues.

We lost sales and too many hours of my time working through the issues with this app. When I requested a refund for the month of April, because I was not able to use their product due to issues, I was told that their policy would not allow me to be refunded. Very unhappy and disappointed.

Thanks for taking the time to write this detailed review.

I'm disappointed that we couldn't meet your needs. I recognize and can understand why you'd feel frustrated after this experience.

However, I have to admit that things look a little different from my perspective. My support team did their best to assist you, and after reviewing the entire case in detail, I believe they did their job well. As for the refund request, I was the person who denied that request, and upon reflection, I got that wrong. I will follow up with you by email to discuss further.

I'm aware you chose another solution for your business. I wish we could've figured out a way to keep you on board as a customer, but I do hope the other solution works out well for you and Swon & Company manages to thrive.
