Bundle Builder: Custom Bundles

The best box building app available on Shopify (and we explored many!) - extremely quick and helpful support - we had some quite particular requirements and Hamza sorted them out for us in a matter of a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

App is working fine and is a great add from my website . Initially I had some problems but the support team help me figure it out the problem.

I used the app to help me build a customised subscription box. Had a few minor issues adding and linking products from my online store but support team were extremely helpful and even provided a quick video to ensure I was able to do this independently going forward. Very timely and helpful support team.

I've been using Shopify for over 12 months now and I almost changed platforms as I needed the website to fulfill a certain purpose... until I come across BoxBuilder! Literally the perfect app for what I need! I had an issue setting up the subscription section but Hamza helped me within 24 hours and solved it straight away!! I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for an app that thinks out of the box for your customer's ordering process!

I just tried out this app yesterday and it's already given me exactly what I need. I still have to go live with it but I'm very excited about it. The features are so user friendly and Hamza has been so fast with responding to all my questions! I would highly recommend!

I tested 3 'build your box 'type apps and this is by far the best. I was able to set up the box very fast and easily, it has many more options than other apps and it allows you to use multiple SKU bundle without having to change anything in your theme. Also their support team was very prompt and helpful when i needed help. The only minus i can see so far is that the app doesn't have a report section, that would make a nice addition.

I'm using this app so customers can create their own craft kit. I really like how you can customize each step. Would recommend.

I will start by saying that we aren't live with this on our site, so I can't yet speak to how well it works over time. I am hopeful that it will be a great solution for us and hope that the team is able to work through the glitches and get their app humming along consistently.

That being said, I tested out at least 30 similar type apps to try to find one that could do what we needed and this one is the ONLY one that checked all of the boxes for us. Some features that made this one stand out are:
1) the ability to show all of the variants individually as selections
2) the ability to select products by collection
3) the ability to create different selection criteria for each step of the box/kit/bundle creation. For instance, on step 1, a person can select 1 of the options, but on step 2, they can select 1-4 of the options
4) the ability to create forms that collect information throughout the box/kit/bundle building process
5) the ability to create customized tiered pricing depending on the items selected.
6) the ability to manage the product/variant inventory and have those updates reflect in the kit/box/bundles

I have experienced some glitches as I've been testing it, but migrating to their newest "Simple & Fast" option did solve the primary issue I was facing. The support team has been very responsive, respectful, and helpful as I've had questions or run into problems. So I am hopeful this will be an integral part of our new website and help things run smoother on the front end and the backend.
