ZenBox: Bundle Builder

Easy to use app and great support service. I wanted a few areas I was unable to edit putting into our brand font/colours and the team sorted it all out with me in a couple of hours.

This app is amazing as is but we're really giving this review for how helpful the developer and the team is. We need to really customize our experience out and were struggling to see how we could make this work best for our very specific needs. We figured before we hired someone to customize further we'd reach out to the team to see how they could help and they have been AMAZING. They have gone above and beyond to assist and guide us in making this app work best for us. To add - no other app in existence could work the way we were needing and this was magical. If you have a gift experience with many variant options this is the way to go!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very impressed with Andys customer service. Prompt replies and gave me great advice on how to utilise the Box Builder app, to its full potential. I now have the confidence to go live soon, as my customers will be able to create their own gift boxes :)

I installed the app for 7 days free trial. During this time Jalal gave us an immediate response to all our requests including adjustments to RTL. Excellent service and it is not obvious that Jalal will make adjustments and invest a lot of time without any commitment on our part to pay for the service. Offers a sleek user experience allowing your customers to build custom gift sets. Had some additional tech requirements and the response was fast and helpful.

I spent hours and hours of time trying to find a "bundling" app that let me have options to choose different products. Most bundling apps seem to let you make a new product that gives the customer extremely preset options, if there are even options at all. With this app, we have given the customer the ability to build their own suspension kits for their vehicles, choosing from different brands and only selecting the products that they feel they need for their vehicle. The support was very helpful getting the colours and style to match our aesthetic and after a few emails back and forth, Hamza got our colours perfect, and we are very happy with how everything works and looks. Very happy with this app so far!
