The best box building app available on Shopify (and we explored many!) - extremely quick and helpful support - we had some quite particular requirements and Hamza sorted them out for us in a matter of a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Extremely glitchy and comes up with an error page when adding to cart daily. We've been communicating with support and they haven't managed to solve the issue. They said it's due to:
A: The store had likely manually deleted/edited the variants of the product included in the bundle
B: The store made modifications/changes in the product that is included in the bundle.
C: Numerous changes in the builder setting.
Nothing has been done on our end. We've received many emails from customers about not being able to add the kit to cart.
Thanks for touching base. I'm really sorry about your poor experience so far. I don't like that our communications to you made it sound like you might somehow be causing these issues without complete clarity on how and why that might be occurring - I'll be working with my team to improve on that.

I spent months trying to find the perfect "build a box" app and am so glad I came across Box Builder. They're the only app on the market that truly is a customizable builder with various steps. If you are looking to sell sets of items and have them appear as one product this is the solution for you. I have tried other apps and the ones that offered a similar service were extremely clunky to use compared to this app. I switch up products all the time so ease of use is very important. The customizability is great, but I wanted some custom changes and reached out to support. I reached Hamza and although we operated in different time zones he was responsive when necessary and made sure I was happy with the results. The excellent support and capability of this app is well worth the price tag.

I downloaded this app a few months ago and loved the look and feel of it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work right for my store. So, I deleted it and tried 5 more apps (probably all of the custom box builder apps available on shopify). I was not happy with any of those, and downloaded this app again. I decided to reach out to customer service to help me. I was so shocked with the help I received. Hamza fixed my tech issues almost immediately, and he was super responsive to any of my questions. I give an A+ for communication and support! Add that to the fact that the builder is of great quality, I am very excited to use this in my store for years to come.

This is such a powerful application! There are lots of possibilities in it. I wanted something special with thes, I was looking for something to guide people by creating their own starterkit without getting options from products which doesn't communicate with each other. So for example: If someone choose 1, by next step they can only choose 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and if they have chosen for 2 at first step they will only see 2.1 and 2.2. This was a very complex thing for me so I asked for some help from their team. Hannes described a complete plan for me how te set this up. I only needed some help with the last steps to let it show up and work. I had a call with Lauralynn and she helped me very kind and well! There really is a wonderful team behind this application. Highly recommend this one, thanks to all!

Normally I write reviews after gathering some experience with an app, which can take a while. But this time I make an exception, and give you 5 stars straight away. After we decided to offer gift boxes to our customers, I expected the worse. I was sure that finding a proper app, get it running, and customize it they way we want will cause pain and frustration, as happened so often in the past.
But not here: After all, it took 3 minutes to get my first box up and running. The step-by-step builder is so amazingly simple, I love it. Also the way to create a product for the box is fantastic as it doesn´t interfere with other discounts that you might want to offer your customers. Really good job, thanks a lot! I already have tons of ideas what else we can do with this app, and I have not even seen everything...

After looking into your situation, it appears that customizations in your theme affected the app's functionality. While we strive to support as many setups as possible, heavily customized themes can sometimes cause unexpected issues. That said, we never want a merchant to feel stuck. We offered app credits as a resolution and upon further discussion, processed a full refund for you.
