Excellent app! Works great for our customers to create their own 12,24, or 48pc box of hand selected chocolates. Easy to use, easy to install, great customer service, very happy with this app for our store. Highly recommend!
Thank you! It's been our honor to support your biz the past few years. As chocolate lovers, we know how special it feels to be able to curate a personalized box of chocolates!
We know what is on our holiday wish list!
Great app! I used it so that customers could choose a box size of 2, 4 or 6 bottles of cocktails and then select whichever cocktails they wanted from a list of 8. The 'add a form step' part let me add a gift message step and also a preferred delivery date. Support was always very efficient and helpful. would recommend.
Thank you so much for the review!
Wonderful support team! Great functionality. Hugely profitable app! We have used for nearly two years and are extremely happy with the overall experience.
We, like you, hard working people, working hard. Building skills, all skills, communication skills, box building skills.
We love that you love us, and hope you love that we love you. Thanks for giving us encouragement! Now, we are going to order the Bad Ass Women blend ;)

The app is great, easy to understand and edit - the support team are very helpful and quickly reply with any issues you have.
We are happy to always be here for you and help you sell pasties by post! Just do us one favor... when we make it to the UK, you share a pastry and coffee with us? 🤤
We purchased boxbuilder for our 400+ products. What we like about this app:
- ease of use/set up : everything is intuitive, you do not need to be an expert to configure the app. It's also quick to set up.
- built-in options to customise the app the way you like
- speed: we were afraid the app would lag or slow the process of choosing products to add in the bundle as we have several hundred products to chose from. But no issues there, the whole process is fast and working 100%. UX good. - kind support
What we liked less about the app: so far, everything seems to be working fine so nothing to say here.
There are a few cosmetic changes that we wish(ed) to make and that are not available in the options (font size, color this or that, buttons here or there, etc) but the app's support has been very responsive and making the code changes as we asked.
... so we do recommend boxbuilder, you can safely try it out!
Cheers
Merci!!
We are so appreciative that you wrote a review for us, especially that you wrote such a detailed review for us.
Our app can be so helpful for merchants with large numbers of SKUs (like you), so we worked hard to ensure it was fast as lightning ⚡ to handle that many SKUs, and we are so happy you appreciate that speed!
Thank you again, and we are happy to support any more customizations you'd like!
