But the reactivity and the availability of the team allow us to answer the various problems encountered. Normally I write reviews after gathering some experience with an app, which can take a while. But this time I make an exception, and give you 5 stars straight away. After we decided to offer gift boxes to our customers, I expected the worse. I was sure that finding a proper app, get it running, and customize it they way we want will cause pain and frustration, as happened so often in the past.
But not here: After all, it took 3 minutes to get my first box up and running. The step-by-step builder is so amazingly simple, I love it. Also the way to create a product for the box is fantastic as it doesn´t interfere with other discounts that you might want to offer your customers. Really good job, thanks a lot! I already have tons of ideas what else we can do with this app, and I have not even seen everything...

The app is great, easy to understand and edit - the support team are very helpful and quickly reply with any issues you have.

DO NOT download this app - when it stops working, there is literally zero customer service. Zero response. We're scrambling to find a replacement since this is non-functioning and no one will get back to us after FOUR DAYS of repeated inquiries.

Does the job and cheaper than other apps out there. It would be great if there is an auto update of products when a new product is added (in the Bulk Builder).

The app is really user friendly and very straightforward to set up. I had a few issues with the design that needed coding and Hamza was so helpful in making these changes for me so it now looks beautiful and on-brand.

The BoxBuilder app is super easy to use and works brilliantly with the theme we have. I had a problem with spacing at the bottom of the builder, but Hamza from the support team was excellent at helping fix this quickly!

Great app for building a box features. Also able to customize colors and url, which is something we definitely needed.
