Not even a 1-star. I've had the most frustrating experience with this app recently. Communication with customer service is painfully slow, taking days to get a response. Despite reporting an issue three weeks ago, it's still not fixed, and I'm left with no solution in sight. I moved onto another app which is cheaper and much easier to use. There are much cheaper and more efficient apps out there that offer far better service and functionality. Save your time and money and look elsewhere! I am waiting for the refund.

Our APP has encountered an issue. The link https://apps.aperitive.io/brand-app/shop/6587/brands isn't working, resulting in our brand page being invalid. Your technical personnel suggested we reinstall the app, but after I deleted it, I found that I couldn't reinstall the APP at all!

Up until recently this app has been great. The past few weeks it's constantly going down. Not only does the app not display apps on our site but even trying to open the app it won't even launch. Reached out to the company and got no response. Very disappointing for this to happen on Black Friday week. I would recommend NOT USING THIS APP!

The app doesn't work, It takes the money but it doesn't do what it's supposed to do and there is no way to contact the assistance.

Unsupported App - Developer will not respond to questions regarding when and if they will be upgrading.

Up until recently, this app was wonderful but the last couple of months, it hasn't worked properly and no decent correspondence from anyone (not even getting a reply and have tried one last time). Won't refresh brands, very slow to load and poor communication.

I have updated my plan to $9 and the app stopped working! Please if someone can fix that? Or we will delete it today.

Just wasted my time
Although the website has not been launched yet and I did not use it much

But half the time I opened the app I got an error
In the end, I deleted it because it really had nothing to offer

i am trying to set APP this up on my web site for weeks but its been so hard to do so. when click to brands it open a return policy instead. can't find where to fix it and anyone respond to my message. disappointed.

dificulta to use and the support doesn't respond. deleted. hope to have my money back.

This confirms it has nothing to do with our app which works well for all our users.

Hi. We didn't receive any message from you. I've checked your store and see you have some redirect in place. Our app doesn't redirect anything so it must be some other app doing this. I am requesting access to your store to check.
