Initially, their team reached out to us at Pets Paradise, expressing enthusiasm about our products and suggesting that we would be a perfect fit for their marketplace by a representative named Mark. Motivated by their positive feedback, we invested several hours filling out detailed application forms and compiling the necessary information to join their platform.

Unfortunately, after all that effort, our application was abruptly denied by a representative named Angelica Santos. The reason provided was that they were only looking for pet brands, which was both confusing and frustrating given that we were explicitly invited to apply under the impression that our pet-focused products were exactly what they wanted.

Given this experience, we have decided to continue our partnership with Faire Marketplace, where we have had consistent success and support. We also feel it's important to inform our network within the industry about our experience, to caution them about the potential miscommunications when considering Brand2Boom for their businesses.
