The Brandsgateway app is very easy to install and it continuously updates product details so the Shopify store is kept fully up to date with changes on products being offered, as well as maintaining real time inventory level updates from the warehouse locations.

Integration with Shopify works very well, but if you have a large inventory it is advisable to look for a bulk editing app which can manage large numbers of products, as this is not included either in the BG app, or Shopify.

Response times by the BG support team are usually within a couple of hours, via email or Whatsapp, and they are very happy to go on online Zoom type meetings if this is needed.

A very simple and user-friendly interface. In case of questions or issues, the support is highly recommended and quick to respond. Additionally, Brandsgateway provides marketing materials/guides that enable a very fast start in e-commerce.
