Absolutely terrible. Terrible app, terrible customer services & not worth the code its wrote in. If you actually want to run a professional shop with good customer services. Then the apps limits will soon restrict you, not to mention the awful customer services of the company behind it. Dont waste your time!

The app was fine, and the quality of items were good. However, they would cancel orders with no notification, they struggled with auto pay, and would cancel orders because they weren't paid in 24 hours (yet had auto pay, so not sure how they didn't get paid?). When contacting them about orders, would take 3-4 days, and the order would be cancelled.

I was naïve to think that even though there were many bad 1 star review that this could still be an okay app. Even though I still had 14-days left for my free trail I got charged. And even though I got charged I was left with the free trail limitation. For example, during the trail period you can only add up to 100 products...even though I got billed this was still the case. As indicated by the other reviews, customer service is also terrible. Still never heard back regarding this issue. I am very worried about the reliability of this app. Not recommended

We have purchased this app about a month and half ago. I like it that they have a YouTube channel where you can learn a lot about their system. I also like their selections. We haven't tried it yet but the fact that they except returns is a big plus. Now, the problem is, their customer service. I have a very specific and important question. You can't call them which is fine so I tried to communicate with them through their chat a few times. I can see that my message is seen but no response for days. I still haven't heard from them. This is very unfortunate because we are actually thinking about cancelling our subscription. I will re-visit my review if things improve. I really hope things will get better... Update: After my first review I started working with Francesca. She is great! She responded to my emails / questions within 24 hours and that was very helpful. Customer service is important and it seems they are working on it. I hope it stays the same. The reason why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because we haven't tried returning an item yet. I will be happy to update my review once we experience that. Thanks Francesca!

Broken and missing several features.
1. Simply doesnt work, imported some products to the store but they do not sync with the app and the products its imported are not imported properly.
2. Support is very slow and not really very helpful at all.
3. No option to waive free trial, so your stuck with limited products until the trial period has expired
4. No options to import from one collection to your store collection
5. No options to have tags with or without suffix
6. No automatic currency conversion
7. Not clear when you install it, that you have an account on their website
8. No option to input payment details in the app to auto fufill
9. No option to select delivery options. They promote on their website different shipping options, but no method of selecting them at checkout.
10. Customer services sucks & has no knowledge of this app at all!

Overall very poor app and for serious shop owners, I do not think the support is there and certainly the features of this app dont measure up to end shop. Overall I would skip it as setting up a shop on this model, your run in to problems for sure. If they are so slow to respond on trial period, when its imperative their potential customers are happy....what are they going to be like once they have your monthly payment and need to respond to order or delivery issues raised by your customers. Dropshipping is a good thing, but sadly for poor businesses running it, it just presents that they protect their company name by hiding poor service behind your name! Tread with caution!

UPDATE > I note your reply to my review is nearly as long winded as your reply from customer services. You should investigate your poor app before releasing it and wasting peoples time! Nice of you to use the reply as way to try and market your app. Your app is very very poor and the company behind it is even worse! No one can run a respectable business with such a poor company backing them up!

We want to understand and resolve every issue, point by point:

1) Import sync is based on regular data update with a cronjob. Probably it is only necessary to wait to have right quantities and products update.

2) Our customer service usually gives an answer within 24 hours, on working days.

3) The trial period gives you the opportunity for testing our system and take a look to our products catalog.

4) Connection mapping with pre esistent structure is not yet supported, we are constatly working on it, in order to improve our plugin.

5) Tags management exists on settings and you can select brands, categories, subcategories. You can also add (or remove) a prefix on every tag.

6) We are working to give currency conversion in the next release.

7) BrandsSync is only a dropshipping connector to brandsdistribution catalog: you need a dropshipper account on Brandsdistribution in order to pay only 19$/month for the app.

8) We are sorry, but there are not payment details managed by our app.

9) Right now, the app takes best options for carriers we have Agreement for the country you have to send. In to do list we have the showing of delivery cost and select carrier if multiple are available.

If I could give them -100 stars rating I would. Terrible, terrible people!! I have subscribed with a presumption that I will have 15 Days free trial to test the app and their service and when I provided my PayPal details they charged my account for 89 EUR! When I contacted them about it they were playing dum and claimed that I have subscribed via their website instead their app, which when I installed in my store and wanted to start using it gave me an option subscribe via "BrandsDistribution" website or subscribe via App, I naturally chose the website so I can fill in all my profile details!! I waited for 4 days for them to respond and when they finally did I saw that they have terminated my subscription and refused the REFUND ME IN FULL. I am still contesting that and will definitely insist that they refund me! As far a the APP is concerned its total rubbish: - It is laggy
- It doesn't sync the qty's correctly
- It doesn't import the price comparison correctly
- Full of bugs
- The product description that they claim to have in 14+ languages is obscure to say the least, and also incorrect in most cases.
- SUPPORT IS NON EXISTING My final advice to all of the people considering using these SCAMMERS would be PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ANY COST and save your hard earned cash and your selves from headaches! SHOPIFY SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM SHOPIFY APP STORE.

I really wish it worked. Inventory is always set to zero on everything when imported to shopify using their app.

It wont give me the option to sign up for the $19 per mth plan once downloaded. Only the $99 plan is available.

BrandsSync offers two pricing plans: “Only App” and “All inclusive”.

- You'll be able to choose “Only App” ($19/month) plan only if you already have a Dropshipping subscription with Brandsdistribution.

- If you still do not have an active dropshipping subscription, you have to choose the “ALL INCLUSIVE” ($99/month) solution: you'll find both the app and the dropshipping subscription.

I really didn't understand the APP. What do you mean by Dropshipping Subscription Not Included? If I pay 19 a month is that just for the right to place your products on my site? How do my customers get their product?

In the “ALL INCLUSIVE” solution you'll find both the app and the dropshipping subscription.
The subscription features are:
-unlimited access to the Brandsdistribution catalog of 100% original branded fashion products including images and descriptions,
-manual catalog export file (XLS/CSV/XML),
-stock updates,
-editorial images for marketing campaigns.
-dropshipping order fullfilment
The APP features are:
-automatic sync with the Brandsdistribution catalogue,
-daily quantities and prices sync of the products,
-orders auto-fulfillment,
-pricing automation.
In small words, “Only App” automate the process so you can avoid the manual work but you need the subscription to get something out of it.
