This is the worst app I have ever used on shopify. They frauded me, I paid for the services and never received or used it and they kept saying the money has not been withdrawn yet that's why and when I sent them my bank account showing the transactions they never responded or did anything. Don't install this app or pay anything to then, they are thieves and have the worst services and dont care about their customers. Another dropshipper who used it to sell their products on their shopify store also told me when they see that your earning more than them they block you from using their services too. I have decided to take my case to my lawyer for further investigation on fraudulently charged request.

What customer service assistance did you give me apart from you insisting that the payment had not been withdrawn everytime I asked for help! Your customer service took me for a fool and if you have activated a refund how come I haven't received the refund? And if you so say that I was assisted by your customer service, why did she bring it to my understanding that the app isn't working because I have purchased it at the same time on both stores?
You are a scum and a fraud who dont care about good service but money.

the issue you faced with BrandsSync app were due to the fact that you have used two different accounts to purchase the dropshipping subscription and to use the app.

Our customer service always assisted you and replied back to all your queries. If you mistakenly got charged by Shopify, we already activated the related refund application.

Regarding the consideration between you and our other dropshipper, please consider that we are a B2B company, we have no interest in competing with our customers. The more success our customers have, the more we grow together.

2 BAD it's only for BRANDS DISTRIBUTION if in the future they will add other catalogs...

I paid for a full year subscription for dropshipping since a month ago. When you synchronise products to your store it only synchronise the mark up you want, but it doesnt synchronise the normal price to show as discount you offer in your store. You have to do it one by one. Its a very big job and description are not always correctly made. The products offer on the app are not always offer in big quantity, most product are offer in too big or too small size. I try since 2 week to commucate whit them and i doesn't get any answer. Now i have to test an order to see if i gonna get the product i expect to get.

Dear customer, thank you for sharing your feedback.
You can choose to insert the “compared at price” option when downloading the app. In your case, in order to display the compare at price next to your selling price, go to "Settings", then select “Structure Settings”.
Here you can flag the “compared at price” option. Lastly, go back to "Settings" and select "Force full sync".

terrible products and very unclear how to cancel subscription. not happy at all and waste of our funds

4.5* Good App. Easy to use. Easy to import all products. Only thing I would like is the ability to change/add tags after products have been sync. It says I should delete the entire product catalog in order to make any changes. Please fix this.

Not worth the money! 1. Products are so overpriced that it is impossible to make any money. When you add the overpriced product+shipping+import fees for your country+monthy fees there is no room for mark up. Products end up being cheaper on original designer websites. How are you supposed to compete with that? Also, their catalog is full of discontinued and outdated inventory.
2. When someone is paying a high monthly fee for a service, it is not unreasonable to expect top notch customer service. If you get a response, it is usually a finger pointing game about how YOU made that mistake and they are not responsible. They will brush you off with a condescending answer or not respond at all!
Stay away from this company!

Furthermore, a credit has been created on our platform that you used for an order, it seems to me a good way to manage a problem of one of our customers. We have not received any other communications from you regarding the operation of the app
