Great app, I'm surprised how easy and efficient it was.
I got some issues on the Google Search console (not critical) and were corrected very quickly by the team.
FYI: I paid for the additional support, I think it worth it

But I want t understand at the end you mention you paid for additional support but we do not charge anything extra for support . I personally checked your details you are one of our early clients who has the benefits of the lifetime app- 149 PRO( early plan not available now). Above that, there are no other extra charges.
Can you please clarify this?

We are extremely sorry for the cause. The information that was provided to you is because as per Shopify record you uninstalled the app because you claimed that your metadeta are linked with the old domain after you changed domain to the site and this was submited by you on 28th july 2021.
So on the basis of this information it was told to you that the app was uninstalled by you purposely. So since you deleted the app and you try to login again it was treating you as a new user and hence was asking for payment which is genuine.
But, We are ready to help you we tried reaching out you on emails so as to active the account with no additional cost but we did not get response from you.
