We have been using BrightPearl for three years now. The integration with Shopify has proven seamless and we have never had to contact their support about any issues. The BP sales order and product management life cycle has been a real bonus to our company.

Been using Brightpearl for a few years now, love the speed at which customer support helps.
We finally have a process for everything inventory-related in our business from purchasing, through to pick/pack/dispatch/invoice and everything in between. Thank you, Jamie and the Team!

A must have for Shopify Stores who also use BrightPearl. Orders automatically flow seamlessly into BrightPearl when placed on Shopify (including POS & Draft orders). Promised x and got y. They could not fulfil their promises. It has been 6 months since implementation and I still have hundreds of orders stuck. I'm double shipping to hundreds of people since Brightpearl has decided to split orders. Support is lacking. Using their preferred partners has just meant that no one has taken responsibility. BUYER BEWARE!!!! We are pulling out as soon as we can.
