Great app and user experience. My only wish is that I can use videos on the pop-ups instead of only pictures.

We have been using TA app for a few days now, it seems to be very easy to manage, with several features and great easthetic appearence. We had also a goog experience with the customer service support which was very quick and helpful.

Couldn't be easier to get up & running with this app. Zero instructions needed; literally just use your intuition, and that's how the app works. Took me like 2 minutes, maybe 3, to get a countdown banner working on my storefront. I'm only giving it 4 stars for now b/c I haven't fully explored all the features yet.

Versitile and easy to use banner and popup app. Blends in perfect with your own website. Miss the function to schedule banners and connect to scheduled discounts.

=> feature is updated. Kindly help us check it out!
This app is very good and easy to use. Can't beat it for the price! There is a nice wide variety of design and color selections for some great creative pop ups. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I am still new to using it and I've had minor trouble previewing some of my updates BUT, I've shared that with the team who helped me out with that (efficient customer service). I still like this app and will continue to use it.

The functionality you're offering is well-aligned with the needs of D2C e-commerce brands. However, there's room for improvement in the UI for banner customization. When I first installed the tool, the starting point wasn't very intuitive and felt a bit confusing. It would be helpful to include 'how-to' guides or tooltips, along with tutorial videos on banner creation and customization, to make the onboarding process smoother.

Hi Kastenkiste.de,
Thanks for your great feedback!
We’ve added a new popup type with the Exit Intent trigger, so it will now appear when customers leave the store.
Go to: App > Window Popups > Create Popup > Schedule > Exit Intent

Thank you so much for such a valuable review.
However, since you left a 4-star review, it seems like you haven't been 100% satisfied with our app. Hope that you can provide us with some more feedback so that we can assist much further and revise your experience.
Looking forward to hearing from you again at "support@tech-arms.io" or via our Live Chat from the app.
Support is quick and clear. They're very helpful and give good suggestions. Recommend this for an easy custom banner app.
