Exceptional customer support. Bucks customer support fixed our Shopify currency switching issue quickly. Product list pages already worked in local currencies, but individual pages were stuck in EUR until their support stepped in. Solid app for multi-location stores like ours, now reliable across IPs. 5 stars!

The app is great and the support team is outstanding noting that I'm on the free plan. I have been supported on multiple occasions by different team members all of whom have been very helpful. My most recent customization requirement was for the formatting of app interface on my storefront. The app does what it says and what's it made for. And most importantly the support is good. From a buyer's perspective there are times when any app may not work out for our use ( just in general not specific to bucks) cases but the support matters a lot.

I had a chat with Archana and Shaun. They were quick and upfront with an actual useful information.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I subscribed for a month and then stopped. Then reinstalled it for a different plan. Their support provides IMMEDIATE responses, like 100% live chat, unlike other converters that take a month or two to reply. The developers are on the right path on this one. Thanks again Shaun!
