I installed this app in order to be able to have customers see prices in their local currency. With the help of Smrithi, i was able to configure the currency conversion dropdown on the products list page. I was hoping to see the conversion on the checkout page, however, Shopify does not allow that for third party apps and one needs Shopify payment for a work around.

We understand your expectation about seeing conversions at checkout, and you’re absolutely right Shopify currently restricts third-party apps from handling checkout currency conversions.

Shopify Payments is the only workaround for that functionality.

La aplicación debería funcionar más fácilmente ya que sin la ayuda de Smrithi no pude hacer que funcionara la conversión de moneda y perdí ventas por culpa de eso. Gracias a Smrithi ya lo solucioné, muy agradecido con ella.

Integration was not as straight forward as I thought as the app comflicted with my native theme apps in the header.
But thanks to good human customer support (by Aleena) via chat and tech developer help the problem was sorted in a few hours.
So far, it's looking good.

Though I was unable to use the app as there is a limitation of currency conversion at the check out page but the support team is exceptionally nice. I worked with Amrutha to get support for my issue and she was very helpful.

Had some issues with the converter displaying the user's selected currency on the cart drawer. Aleena and Smrithi have been helpful and prompt with their responses but for a time there seemed to be a disconnect between the issue and what they're testing. Got fixed eventually and works as intended.

very quick to get up and running. I need fixed currency conversion and the team indicated that they are currently building this functionally out to be available within the next 2 weeks
