Having a dedicated account manager has been very helpful, and whenever any issues arise, they always respond quickly and efficiently. The explanations are also clear and easy to understand whenever I have questions.

Since my business is still relatively small, I usually transfer funds through Wise whenever my balance is running low. Sometimes I forget to do so, so I think it would be more convenient if credit card payments were available.

That said, the website is easy to navigate, and the ability to choose different languages makes it very user-friendly.

I have been using BuckyDrop for several months, and overall my experience has been very positive. Compared with Superbuy, which I used previously, BuckyDrop is much more convenient and automates the order fulfilment process to a greater extent. Orders are usually processed quickly and smoothly.

I also appreciate that when a product is not linked correctly or is unavailable, the team usually helps find a suitable replacement, which saves a lot of time.

The storage period is shorter than at Superbuy, so it requires a little more attention and planning, but I have not lost any products because of this.

The main improvement I would suggest is making the interface clearer and more intuitive. Sometimes products linked to my store cannot be added to the shopping cart directly from the product list, and I need to open other tabs or pages. Making this process more direct would improve the overall experience.
