Great customer service that reply fast and professionally. The app was not super easy to understand at the beginning, but once understood we managed to create a beautiful and modern menu for our shop. The customer service helped us disable the menu for mobile, so that we only created a complex menu with photos and best seller products for desktop ( the photos were taking too much space for mobile and slowing the shop a bit).

Overall easy to implement. I have one request, the parent menu items appear very small on the website. While you can adjust the drop downs, that is not possible with the parent items.
Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, our app takes automatically the design of your original main menu header in order to keep a unitary design with your store.
So this cannot be changed from our side. If you want to change the design of your header menu you should do this from your Theme settings for your original main menu header and then the change will apply to our menu as well.

Buddha Mega Menu is a good choice for enhancing your website's navigation. The standout feature is the ability to add products directly to the cart from the menu, streamlining the shopping experience. Their prompt customer support is commendable.

Die App ist super einfach zu integrieren und die Konfiguration ebenfalls. Was meiner Meinung nach noch fehlt, ist eine Auswertung, wie oft ein Produkt aus dem Menü im Warenkorb landet.
Aber trotzdem klare Weiterempfehlung für jemanden der eine solches Menü in seiner Seite integrieren möchte!

This app is good... like, really good. But it's not perfect.
My biggest and only complaint is that if I have a featured product for sale with a buy button in a simple menu, when a customer hits the "ADD TO CART" button, it doesn't update the native cart.
A pop up appears with a link to go to the cart page, but the actual cart on the site doesn't update with the new product without refreshing the page.

I have 4 shopify sites I run and I use mega menu on two of them. the app is easy to use and seems pretty versatile. My only complaint is that if you have the app open on more than one site on the same web browser, the two accounts will clone. Very frustrating!
Thank you so much for the positive feedback! We do work a lot to improve daily our apps functionality. Unfortunately, the problem with the opening of the app on multiple stores at the same time in the same browser does not depend on us.
The browsers do not allow us to do this. Until the browser functions change, our hands are tight. But we are always keep an eye on the browsers development and as soon as the technology will allow us we will make the change.
I understand this is frustrating and we hope this will get sorted.

Getting better over time. Although probably wont use it when we update the theme as will use a native.
We've been using this app for some time with no problem, recently we've learnt that the app currently does not support the internet browser Safari due to Apple changing some specifications. I know this is something they are currently looking into, and when I enquired about the issue, they were super efficient with their reply, and detailed information which helped. This is definitely a 5 star app once the Safari issue has resolved. It does work on all other browsers.

We wanted to have a menu that offered something different from the classic simple drop down and the Mega Menu has done just that.
The support team when asked, responded quickly and with solutions to my question.
If you need a menu that is different, then I would seriously consider installing the Mega Menu.
