Fantastic app. Love the ease of use and the aesthetic has allowed me to create a way nicer looking menu for my store. The team were also incredibly helpful and resolved a small technical issue I couldn't work out within 24hrs. 100% recommend!

This is a great app. I got it all set up with help of a very competent and quickly responding staff. I am very happy with how it looks on my website. My goal with this app is to offer my customers a way to quickly move through my website to get to what they might be searching for. I really like the submenu.

This is really great app. Its been helping me a lot categorizing my website products. I would recommend to anyone get this app and install it. I also want to mention that the customer service is really active and they respond as fast as they can within 24 hours and resolve any problem.

MegaMenu is a great addition to Shopify that takes the menu options to a whole new level. It makes my site look so much more professional and functional and is pretty easy to get set up and configured.
I really like this app visually and functionally, unfortunately it crashed the other day and rendered my main menu unusable for a couple of hours, forcing me to change back to my original Shopify menu as they sorted out their server issues. Got it back running again and all my previous information was still there so just had to re-install and publish it and it was back to normal. Although this happened I am still happy with the app and it's functions and will keep using it, hopefully it wont happen again.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience and that the access to our app admin was not available for 3 hours. As we mentioned during our email conversations, this error should not happen again.

After leaving a negative review previously, the app developers reached out to me and were very helpful-- Top notch customer service, as they sent their developer into our code to help resolve the issue! That's above and beyond customer service. As an added note, ensure you check the "disable app" button for the menu prior to uninstalling. This will prevent you from having leftover code like we did.

If you are looking to create modern and great looking menus (like me) then I highly recommend this app :). It is easy to use while still remaining robust and powerful. You really don't need to bother looking at any of the other apps (I've went through the trouble of trying them all out and ended using this one!)
I also sent an e-mail to the developers and they responded lighting quick. It's great to know that I'm using an app that is being managed by an active developer :).
