Gave it a 5/5 due to always receiving great help from support in fixing any outstanding issues.
In terms of functionality, the app is quite robust and great for quickly creating mega-menus.
Seems better suited for smaller stores (less collections OR more similar collections) than it would be for diverse marketplace-type stores with lots of varying collections.
Could be improved in terms of design and CRO elements, but overall very effective given the pricing and support.

Really enjoying this app! It’s super easy to use and made setting up our store menu really simple. The layout is clean, and everything just works the way you expect it to. The support team has also been great to work with. Quick to reply and genuinely helpful every time we reached out. We have been using Buddha Mega Menu & Navigation for more than 5 years and never had any issues with it. It is very easy to use and comes with a great support that are always available any inquiries or issues arise.

This app is good... like, really good. But it's not perfect.
My biggest and only complaint is that if I have a featured product for sale with a buy button in a simple menu, when a customer hits the "ADD TO CART" button, it doesn't update the native cart.
A pop up appears with a link to go to the cart page, but the actual cart on the site doesn't update with the new product without refreshing the page.

Glitchy and customer support never got back to me. I tried out a few different menu apps and Qikify ended up being the best by far!
I'm sorry you feel this way after using our app for 7 months. We checked and we found 2 emails that you sent us on 27th of November and we replied same day and also solved the issue. You never replied back.
Could you please get back to us at support@buddhaapps.com using a valid email address as it seems you never received our replies.
We've been using this app for a few years now without issues. We just updated our site and got great customer service to have our menus up and running quickly.

This app offers great flexibility in presenting the right information to potential customers as they browse your shop. It enables us to display products and cross-sells tailored to the specific section of the menu the customer is viewing. Customer support has been top notch as well.

It could be better. The fonts all look off, no matter what you choose. There is no way to select the bold or semi-bold option. Products or collection images display in a circle, with no other option. You cannot float a long list into a second column without putting the title on both columns and breaking the list into two, which looks awful on mobile. You cannot leave a column blank for spacing. All that to say, I haven't found a way yet to make this look good.
