We love the concept, and are more than willing to give it a try. We had some questions about the whole process and getting things set up, and Emma was a huge help! she has dealt with a few emails from us asking questions, their customer service has been amazing.

We see this as a huge benefit down the road for us to offer more product we'd normally never have a chance at stocking, and for other stores to have the same opportunity.

I was not sure whether my business needed the Buddify app, but I found nothing but positives after installing it. Dave from the support team has been extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. So far, I am absolutely thrilled. New authentic brands are listed every time I check out the app. Buddify has become an Instagram-like experience within Shopify, with many unique products and brands.

The potential of Buddify has all the right ingredients to be a great and wonderful app, possibly a champion in its own right, especially more so as it works so well on the Shopify platform even in its early stages of overall rollout.

Buddify Development Team - please don't overload the app with all sorts of requests just because people ask for it, continue on the path of how to make the app better and simpler in all your developments. I'm very happy with Buddify at this point, having tried several others! The response time for resolving any issues has so far been excellent. David has been particularly helpful, polite and effective in helping to introduce me to the platform, answer questions and resolve any issues.
