I'm very happy with Buddify at this point, having tried several others! The response time for resolving any issues has so far been excellent. David has been particularly helpful, polite and effective in helping to introduce me to the platform, answer questions and resolve any issues.

I just started with Buddify. So far I am happy with this app. I have not received any orders yet but I am confident that we will in the future. This is a great way to expand our market and sell more product. Thanks Buddify

I am updating my rating to 4 stars from my 1 star negative review due to THIS company threatened to sue me because they didn't like the 1 star review I gave them. In MY Opinion - I still DO NOT recommend this app. The customer service is horrible. They send an email threatening to sue you if you don't give them a 4 star rating. The app is worthless. The stores download your items and it doesn't even show in their stores. It gives you the impression they have "bot" fake stores just to down load your items so you don't get a free month. Once again, IN MY OPINION I DON't recommend this app.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with Buddify and that you feel your partner brands have not yet showcased or featured your products on their online store.

We understand your frustration and would like to provide some clarity on how our app works.

Our partner stores have their own criteria for selecting which products to feature, and sometimes it just comes down to personal preference. It's possible that your products may not have met their standards, or they may need more time to finalize the product details before making it available to their customers.

We also want to clarify that once a partner store imports another brand's products, we cannot force them to showcase or feature them on their store. Additionally, it's important to note that once a store imports a partner product into their online store, these products are set as "draft" by default because the importing brand might want to rewrite the product description or adjust the price. We don't have control over this process and we don't interfere with our partner stores' decisions.

Furthermore, using bot stores would not be a viable or affordable option for any app. The costs associated with setting up and maintaining hundreds of bot stores would far exceed the revenue generated by our partner brands. We are committed to supporting real businesses and helping them grow, and we are proud to work with a wide range of authentic, reputable, and innovative brands.

In addition, we want to express our goodwill and commitment to your satisfaction by refunding the amount you have paid for using Buddify. We value your business and want to ensure that you are satisfied with our services.

We understand your criticism, but we want to emphasize that we have valuable brands inside Buddify with tens of thousands of happy customers. We stand by our brands and will not accept false accusations that would hurt their reputation.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We are constantly working to improve our app, and we value all feedback, whether it's positive or negative.

In theory, this is a great app and a great concept. It is really great to be able to sell other people's products and them, your products. However, on the whole, I have been disappointed with the app. After several months, it still hasn't lived up to it's promise in terms of sales. Since there was no trial period, I was a little reluctant to use it to begin with, and now it looks like I may have been right. Buddify has great customer service and tech support, but, I have found that, if you have questions about other sellers products, and reach out to those respective sellers, many of them don't even respond, which is also not helpful.

very nice products and stores. Looking forward to partnering with other US stores. I was expecting a website but it is directly inside shopify. app is fast and easy to import products.
