Joke. I need to give 35% discount on my products in order to let others sell it. My profit margin is sometimes less than that so I'm literally giving my products away for free or even top it up from my pocket

Our records indicate that you installed our app for merely 17 minutes, during which you availed of our free plan. It's worth mentioning that we provide free plans for both the Buddy and Retailer Plans, which you utilized.

Our commitment has been to offer competitive pricing lower than that of similar apps in our field. This approach is designed to empower small and medium-sized brands with a comprehensive set of features, enabling their success even on limited budgets. This has been our mission from the outset.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about our pricing structure. I want to clarify that our business model does not involve generating revenue at your clients' expense.

Realistically, achieving billionaire status would require 15-20 million paying Shopify stores subscribing to our app. Until such a milestone is reached, our focus remains steadfast on hard work and the collective success of all brands on our platform. Our mission is to support them, as our success is inherently tied to theirs.
