The team is amazing. Quickly rolling out features and customizations to fit our needs. A great toolset that is quickly expanding. They are building into our feature requests and have the markings of a must Shopify App.

This has been one of the greatest resources a small company can have, It allows us to create meaningful brand content without any dev resources needed.

We started using Builder back in June, It has helped immensely in creating meaningful brand content quickly and on-brand. We vetted a few other apps but decided this had all the features we need. We couldn't be happier and look forward to all the new features coming out in 2020.

We've been using Builder for about 8+ months. We love the flexibility it offers in web page design! We don't have money for an engineer to create custom websites and code so this is a great alternative. Proactive customer support, too.

Builder has transformed the way we run our website, we are now easily able to create new content & measure success all in one app with a very small team. It's easy to use, yet pretty sophisticated in terms of what you can create. Highly recommend.

The Builder.io app is awesome, flexible, and easy to learn with very good support! Builder Support Team is super helpful and responsible, they always reply promptly and provide suitable solutions. We just switched from another website app to builder and we quickly adapt to it. Definitely one of the best apps on Shopify!

Builder.io is a great app that helped us quickly get content onto our site that was fully customizable and in line with our brand. They are quick to integrate and the support team answers quickly whenever we have a request or need assistance.

This app is great if you want a drag and drop builder for Shopify stores that can supplement your theme. It is also great for building sections for Shopify Store 2.0. We used Builder for more than a year and liked it.

My biggest complaint is the pricing. It is too expensive for what is offered (I was on the old pricing at $80/month), especially when you are charged for 4 seats in the basic plan. I wish there was a way to opt out of those additional seats for small businesses, because I don't need 4 users. $80 is really pushing it as it is for a small business. That's why we've decided to cancel. We'll save $960/year, which is huge for a small business like ours.

So, good app, but the pricing model is ridiculous. Maybe if we could have paid for only 1 user we'd have stayed.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I had an issue with one of the product pages once I clicked on published it messed up the source of the page and published instead the shopify template instead of builder template. So I contact LOGAN in the support. He said he know what the issue was and that he will fix it. He turned off safe mode which is a safety feature to protect your work before publishing, then I don’t know what he did but he ended up messing 3 additional product pages!! I contacted my web developer to fix what Logan messed up and my web developer looked at it and said he even somehow deleted the HISTORY of that page which means it cannot be recovered! The web developer rate is $199 per page = 4 pages total $796! Is it fair for me to pay that amount for a mistake that Logan did on my website? I will keep everyone updated here on how builder is planning to fix this issue and if they are willing to fix it! If they are I will update this review!
