Very bag experience with the app. The codes could not be exported. Had written for support but no help.
I upgraded the app and since i did not get any help i uninstalled the app within 3 days and still was charged for the whole month.
Absolute rubbish app. DO NOT INSTALL. OTHER Apps with cheaper price available
Hello,
We appreciate your review, but there are a few things we'd like to correct:
- you messaged us about your codes being invalid at checkout, not about them not exporting
- we replied to your message within 36 minutes and we had identified the issue being the fact that you set the codes to only be active from December 14th (3 days in the future)
- we also sent you an email right away, but never heard back from you
- there is no charge appearing in our account for your store yet, but if/when that will appear we'll refund your charge in full
- the code export, which you mentioned that it doesn't work, is handled by Shopify, not by our app
