Completely messed up all my images. When exporting my files some files were the new naming convention and some the original. Also lost several images in the process. Emailed an urgent response asking for help but no response and spent 3 hours with shopify support trying to rectify it. Still lots of products with no images. Would avoid
OK App Plenty Of Free Ones That Do The Same.......... Expensive And Very Negative Support Staff. Downloaded For Free Trial Got Charged Then Received Attitude And Rejected On My Refund "Sophie" Not Customer Friendly!!!!

I upgraded 5 days ago to resize my images, but their app didnt resize any new images for me ( only 46 images for the free plan earlier), i kept trying and system shows me that i have reached monthly limit. I even tried to contact them 6 times but they didnt even check my account , and simply asked me to wait to next month and then ask me to wait 2 more working day for their reply,
It is so disappointing and frustrating. Horrible experences!! Pls refund me

I paid for something that didn’t work well and sometimes don’t work at all... I’m not happy.........
I just installed the app and it appears to be easy to use I will know more after the first square edit it does not work for me and i asked for a refund after a couple of days..... I will wait and see
I had 400+ images converted from PNG to JPG yesterday but just noticed today that it converted them to low-quality JPGs, probably 3-4 on the 1-12 quality scale. I just had to reverse them all. I searched before and after and I can't find where I can control quality. I'll have to get a different app.
i payed for no reason this app doesn't change my image size
I used these Apps to help on my product optimization but, t did not come up to my standard. A simple watermark for the product did not show up. I rate this product a -1 start. You will not accept a negative one stationed and that how I feel! Are you waiting for five stars it will not happen on me?
Does not work changing ALT text, checked all images that supposedly updated and not one was changed.
Couldnt do much... not much free. Cannot resize images, only change 50 images for lower quantity only saved .5 mb
