The app is truly excellent. While I faced challenges during the initial setup of the import process, their customer service proved to be exceptional. We have requested support with no response, we have done several tests and we cannot get the orders to appear in shopify, they only appear in the BulkPro dashboard, we hope you can contact us https://morekashop1.myshopify.com/ . We do not have any email from you. Please send me your email address.
Today the developer offered to extend the testing period for 15 days to be able to show you the error with a video, I am going to install the application again to see if they give us the necessary support for it to work
