App crashed whilst processing a task and left us manually having to reinstate all of our prices from memory. Support didnt bother replying, DO NOT USE.
the app is very confusing and i just can't get the setup right and that's why i lost all my credits. worst app i've ever used!

Just to clarify for others reading: our app has 40+ positive reviews from merchants who’ve successfully set it up and are getting great results. This situation is unusual, and we’re confident we can resolve whatever went wrong here.
Tried several attempts to get this app to bulk reduce by a percentage. It would say 'completed' but the changes had only been applied to some products. We waited, cleared cookies etc etc etc. Doesn't work and actually has created a real mess of our prices.

Thank you for providing feedback. Unfortunately, on the 21st of November, Shopify had a partial outage in its API, which caused problems with fetching products from your store. There's nothing we can do about it.
As for the prices, the app always restores the original price that was listed before the sale started, you just need to click the “Revert prices” button. According to our internal logs, you didn't do it. You were just one click and one minute away from reverting prices.
