I use this app on all client projects, it's an essential part of managing your catalog properly. Support is awesome, they are responsive and even enabled additional custom fields for us in a pinch. Honestly my favorite app and super powerful.
My latest favorite thing is using the scheduled undo feature to have tags or pricing expire at a select date when the sale is over etc.
This app has saved us hundreds of hours of work and tens of thousands of dollars. It's one of the best investments we've ever made. Powerful filtering and being able to save filters with meaningful names is great. Very easy and powerful to use in-app or via spreadsheet. Haven't used undo yet, but, great to know it there.
Very powerful app and excellent support whenever we encountered a problem.
I think their pricing is a bit on the high side for the higher level, but otherwise, I'm quite happy.
