This app is amazing! It works great with my online gift shop and I even though there were things that I got stuck while setting it up, their customer service is always there when you need them. They are patient and are able to resolve all your issues right away. Definitely recommend this app.

The Easy Bundle Builder support team was incredibly helpful while we tracked down a tricky order issue that turned out not to be caused by the bundle itself. They stuck with me through the investigation, explained what to check, and helped rule out their app as the source so we could identify the real path (a email reorder flow).

Phenomenal app so far! The team has gone above and beyond helping me customize and set up my bundles. We've had our bundles live for a week or so and the customers love them and find them incredibly easy to use. A++

The app works well. The only limitation it has is the number of available packages. It would be great if this could be increased in the future or if there were an option for a higher subscription in exchange for a higher number of packages.
Support has a quick response time, which is a major advantage.

We've been up and running with the bundle builder for about 6 months now and most things have gone great. We're selling bundles!

Configuration is pretty easy overall and support has been very responsive when there have been questions or customization requests.

I do wish the default designs were a bit more modern/flexible but they are good about helping with designs.

I'd also love to see the app be more "powerful" out of the box. Being able to set defaults, allowing a user to add a size guide to a modal, etc. But again, support has been helpful with these things; I just wish they were out of the box.
