I ran into an issue regarding the limit on the number of bundles running concurrenty. I contacted support and Bijoy actually sent me a Google Meet link immediately to discuss my needs. He explained to me some of the limitations in a way that made sense to me but he truly listened to and understood my need. He was able to resolve it for me in a matter of about 5 minutes. This kind of service is so extremely rare. I highly recommend Easy Bundles.
We use EB Easy Bundles for a build-your-own bundle and a curated Starter Box for new customers at Visionary Pet Foods.
Setup was straightforward; the multi-step bundle and banner options let us build a proper welcome experience, and fixed-price bundles work well.
What stood out most was support: we found an edge case where the bundle’s parent product could be checked out on its own at $0, and Bijoy clearly explained the cause, switched on the setting that fixes it, and confirmed the details within a couple of hours on a Friday.
One tip for other merchants: if you want subscription bundles with Recharge Subscription, make sure all bundle products share one selling-plan group before you start.
Solid app with responsive support.
We were previously using Shopify Bundles, but unfortunately ran into ongoing issues with compatibility with our delivery app. This left us struggling to sell bundled products effectively, and stock control became a real headache.
After finding EB Easy Bundle Builder, the difference was immediate. The app was much easier to set up, more flexible, and handled our bundle requirements without the complications we had been experiencing. Managing inventory has also been far more straightforward, which has saved us a lot of time and frustration.
What really stood out, though, was the support. I hit a few issues during setup, and the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to provide solutions. It's refreshing to find an app backed by people who genuinely want to help their users succeed.
