App install was a bit complicated but it was manageable as I followed the instruction step by step. Spent quite few days to get around with app. Maybe because I am not a developer... Had to ask a lot of questions. I guess multi- SKU bundle on shopify is very complicated... After a week and with the help with customer service, I have set up the app finally and will try to use it. Hope I could get good result from it!

Nice guys for sure. They do have a good product for simple bundling. App is pretty clunky. Won't work on Safari, only chrome. No bulk product selection option. No way to choose an entire collection. Can't change the size of the fonts or color of the boxes. I was surprised at one comment from them telling me that customers don't wan't to see more product when bundling. Maybe that was a server concern?? Nice guys. Hopefully they can make some improvements!
Update answer to developer. When trying to configure the bundle in safari, i received the error app message that the update is not possible in safari. when i switched to chrome, it allowed configuration. since i deleted the app i can not duplicate it. hopefully in the future you guys can bulk add products or can add entire collections. with high turnover products, it makes managing the app too much. great start to a great idea!

We installed this app Sep 8, it's now Sep 13. We have not gotten it setup the way it is needed.
We requested help with the install and received a request for access on Sep 9, granted it immediately, spoke to support and confirmed, by Sep 10 after a follow up email to ask if it was done.... it had been installed. Great.
Running through the app and building bundles we noticed a number of issues and needed help understanding how to configure the app.
The spacing between the products in the row and in the page, especially on mobile was far too big. Also there were glitches with the quantity display when a product was added to the bundle.
We wrote them about these questions Sep 12 and explained we were setting up before launch and needed help with this as soon as possible.
Today Sep 13 we can get an email early in the morning. We follow up with questions about the problems written above. No response.
Their customer service is 9.30am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday and you pretty much only get 1 response a day from them - even if they do not help.
What this means is - you won't get what you need done without days going by because the communication and service is not there.
We have no idea if this app is of any use but if you can't fix issues yourself - good luck. Now it's been 5 days since we installed this app and we can't even launch it with confidence.
Updated review will be provided when they address our issues and we can actually see how this works.

PROS:
It's the best looking bundle builder app in the store out of the box, and creates a bundle 'product' that you can link to in Collections.
CONS:
Really glitchy inventory management for Single SKU bundles. Inventory updates or purchases made by customers take FOREVER to translate to bundle availability (literally 15 minutes or even more, which is unacceptable for limited qty products). This could have caused me to sell way more than what I have in inventory during a surge in customer demand.
Support seems polite and seem to be trying their best (I think), but truth be told responses are not very helpful. For example: I mentioned that I was having issues with inventory deducting below 0, and I was told to read the FAQ. But the FAQ says that “The app will ensure the number of available bundles is in line with the number of products available, so the bundle can only be purchased if there are enough products in stock." So it was of zero help. And seriously - telling me to read the FAQ when it doesn't contain anything useful for my specific problem (and when I'd already read it thoroughly trying to solve the problem on my own) is borderline offensive.
Summary:
I really, really wanted to like this app but couldn't get past the very mediocre support and inventory management glitches.

i loved the idea of the app ...but the support is so slow in response and help me install the app ...i really think to uninstall the app because of the support ...it is now 5 days and I am not getting solution to the problem

fantastic customer service! I spoke to Dale R and Adam O on seperate occasions today (01.02.2022) and they both fully answered and resolved my issues regarding text sizes within the app for desktop and mobile.

I am so so sad. I finally found an app that seems to meet my needs but i cant even try out cos the trial period will start off. PLeasssse can the subscriptions be tiered at least or even free installation, or free usage till the app generates some kind of income etc. I have been searching for 2 days now.
