Great app with lots of interesting features and capabilities. Setting up bundles was very quick, and I could easily understand how to customize each product bundle and fit it to my needs. When I ran into something I couldn't quite figure out or if the app didn't behave exactly how I expected, the support team was great at answering questions and working with me to create the best solution for my store.
Highly Recommend.
The app works great for letting customers build a personalized bundle and allows multiple sections of product with quantity limits.
The support team is AWESOME. Always quick to reply and help sort any questions I have encountered.

The absolute worst customer support we've ever experienced. No matter how good the functions of the app seem, it's not worth it.
Since originally contacting Bundle Builder nearly three weeks ago re: a few app features and cart integration, we've received no less than three messages telling us integration is complete, only to discover it's as broken as it was day one. Responses to our concerns have been slow, generic, and astonishingly unhelpful. Promises to elevate our ticket or get back to us in a timely manner have proven meaningless. On our end, we've been ready to send bundles live for two weeks, but have been hamstrung by the developer's inability to deliver on simple elements, like prices showing correctly in cart. The waste of time and loss of revenue resulting from our experience with Bundle Builder has been staggering.
The only reason we haven't uninstalled the app yet is because we're a small team, and to find a replacement and build the bundles will take time we can't afford. However, our patience is wearing thin. I expect our experience (and our review) will change if these issues are ever resolved, but as it stands, our position is simple:
AVOID BUNDLE BUILDER.

2 stars bec the support team is great. It ends there. This app overcomplicates what should be simple (I found a cheaper app that worked way better and neater without ANY coding needed). This app was so glitchy we had dozens of orders that were sent out incorrectly. It cost us a ton of money and a waste of time before we switched to a new app that we are thrilled with.

It is a very powerfull and fast app and the hotline is always very helpful. i only can recommend this app.

Very happy with this app, exactly what we were looking for, i would love to have a starting template/s when using the template creator for quicker setup, but for now we accomplished what we were looking for. Exactly what I was looking for customers to create their own hampers and gifts. A few small issues have needed sorting, but the team always on hand to help out with these. Great app. Recommended!
