I like the app functionality and it works to increase both our conversions and AOV which is most important. Customer support also answers fairly quickly via email.
I rated three stars because I would love if the interface was smoother and more aesthetically pleasing. And, maybe I'm spoiled but I'm used to Shopify apps that I use having a live chat for immediate assistance. Like I said, they usually answer fast via email, but live chat would be faster. I have a paid plan and I've noticed that live chat is customary with Shopify apps.
However, I still recommend because it's built for Shopify, customer support has always responded and resolved my issue, and it does its most important job which is to increase our sales.
We were looking forward to using this but unfortunately became quite disappointed by the lack of customisable options; specifically with regards to layout. We hope the application receives further development.

Pretty bare minimum in terms of functionality. Allows you to build the bundles effectively, creating any sort of attractive looking page is a non-starter.

Quick Link check out does not give the correct discount amount. I added 5 products and reduced to 4 but still have an issue. I set for a $50 discount in total but it always just gives $36.01 discount. No live chat support.

We have replied to your email and resolved your issue, but I am not sure if you received an email, as we haven't received a response from you.
The problem was that you had two similar bundles with the same priority value. The priority value lets the Bundler know which bundle has priority over others if your bundles contain the same products. Your issue was resolved by setting a higher priority to the bundle with more products.

Just started but so far really easy and quick to use, and the design is both clear and classy! Good job!
The functionality is decent, but I'd like more control over the visuals. Also for some reason I can't re-order the products in my bundle. Still, at the end of the day this is the app I chose.
easy to use and a great way to make money. ive made 1000s of extra dollars with this app because i can rais the AOV very easy
good was very userfriendly, I would tell a friend and keep using it, plus I would send the link to my clients
This app does what I need it to do in terms of making bundles deals. I like it. I knocked off two stars because of the difficulty in reaching customer service. There is no chat option and in the help center there is a paragraph that dissuades you from reaching out via email, they prefer for you to use the help documents only. If/when they add a customer service chat for the merchants, I would give it a 4 or 5 star rating.
