We had a minor layout issue with the currency symbol wrapping on our screens, and the Bundler support team (shoutout to Max) went above and beyond to fix it for us from their backend.
They solved it incredibly fast, adjusted the decimal formats to match our European standard, and made sure the prices looked prominent and perfect without us having to touch a single line of code.
The app works flawlessly and has great features, but their customer service is what truly sets them apart. Highly recommended for any Shopify store!
10/10 Customer service, quick reply after the roll out of the new Tiered Bundle caused an issue on Shopify. Had the problem resolved in less than 24 hours. The new added bundle package makes life way easier as well instead of having to hand pick every item. Can keep my discounts active and customize specific groups of items.

We've been using the free options, but they have worked without problems so far to set up our bundles, we'll definitely consider the pay option if we need it in the future.

Use Bendler for months. It is simple to manage and work with Shopify Mark feature, when we set Markets correctly. The support reponses quickly.
Looking forward to having more Market feature in Bundler in future. Especially, control bundles for specific market.

Me encanta...pero no le pongo 5 porque hay algo a menorar muy importante. Cuando elijo un color para los bundles este color se repite en todos los bundles de todos los productos por igual lo que no me permite jugar con los colores de cada landing de productos
Sadly it can't handle high numbers of variants, for example I have one product with 80 variants and tell shoppers the more they buy, the more they save. I didn't realise it was even broken until I saw abandoned carts and tested for myself.

Es una aplicación muy buena! Lo único que no me encanta es que no es tan intuitiva o visual al consumidor y algunas configuraciones están ocultas. Fuera de eso es un solido 10/10
Ich habe die App heruntergeladen, installiert und aufwändig die Bundles eingerichtet. Dann der Schock, die App unterstützt die Shopify Übersetzungsapp nicht. Ich habe auch am Support geschrieben und warte seit ca. 1 Woche auf ein Feedback.

It is quite easy to use and the customer support on email is very prompt & helpful. However, there are still a few things that are not possible which are quite basic. Like not being able to compare the actual price(not the already discounted price shown for a product individually) of the product with the discounted price.
Works perfectly and easily customizable to match brand style and color.
Ran into a few currency conversion issues but Peter and the team sorted it out swiftly.
We are happy with the app so far.
