IN THE PAYMENT PLAN, IT ONLY ALLOWS TO CREATE 5 DISCOUNTS
"Currently Shopify allows only 5 app-based discounts of type "percentage" or "fixed amount".
The number of discounts in your other offers combined are 5, you cant have more than 0 discount here.

Hi, we are sorry for making you feel frustrated, but this limit is based on how Shopify discounts works: "Customers can use a maximum of 5 product or order discount codes and 1 shipping discount code on the same order."
