I have a buy button, but You would not let me accept payments in my site so I pay $29 instead of $9?

I'm sorry to hear about your frustration with the Buy Button app, but should clarify: this tool is available for merchants on the Shopify Lite plan ($9/month). Buy Buttons have a serious issue with the safari browser that will prevent many, though not all safari, customers from checking out. They either receive "cart empty" errors or the payment doesn't go through and no error is returned to the customer, leaving them confused. Our issue has been open with shopify support for 3+ months (since Jan 2018), though I suspect this was an issue prior to that. The support team is slow to respond, fill up emails with apologies instead of action and they have made 1 failed attempt to fix it.
Here's their only solution / workaround so far: "The issue stems from the "Prevent Cross Domain Tracking" setting in Safari. Once this setting is disabled, customers using Safari will be able to checkout as expected"
Asking customers to disable a security setting, isn't a workable solution!
Avoid this app at all costs if you have many customers using safari.
Just had my first sale, customer can't access my digital ebook. Checked and it all appears well on my end, I can download just fine. Customer links took her to a place that said 'shop doesn't have a website yet' but I was charged the annual fee and everything looks set up correctly. Incredibly worried about future sales. Not quite sure where to go from here as I followed all of the tutorials step by step.
Thank you for writing your review and I am sorry to hear that you've had this issue. It sounds like you are using the Digital Downloads app, and the problem you've cited is a common one for merchants without an online store, but it should be relatively easy to resolve.
In order to avoid this issue, you can edit the email template for digital downloads and change {{ attachment.shop_url }} to {{ attachment.url }}. This should then prevent the app from trying to direct the customer to a non-existent online store. Worst app ever, 0 way to connect Buy Button without clearing cookies, caches, and it might still be broken. Horrrrrible

Painfully painful... This should have that sign that reads, "Not only will this kill you but it will hurt the entire time you are dying"
This should be an embarrassment to even offer. How dare they even release this to the public. No customization features, lack luster and completely useless. This is an EMBARRASSMENT to place on a website and this is made by an Ecommerce website? Really? This is the best they could do? Good Grief! Take this App down!
So sad for a button that should already be on the PLP or collection page not easy to add or remove!

Sorely disappointing. I've spent weeks on issues relating to the buy now buttons. It's not very flexible, there is no product image zoom (the product and thumbs are tiny), and the variants only change with the drop down selector not the thumbnail change (which is sloppy UX in my opinion) and the buy now sections on my site load slowly. If I could, I'd look elsewhere. Might have to code the products myself and only use button code.

In regards to the "Buy Now" buttons on your product page, these are actually unrelated to the Buy Button sales channel, and are their own dynamic checkout buttons created separately from the channel. C'mon shopify, how about you help us sell more for you and make this button customizable. Do your customers need to beg for BASIC features?
none of my buy buttons are working since so many days whats the problem and very upset with ur services,not likein at all i need i need to swith my website
