I was excited about this app as it promised to simplify my fulfilment process. I’ve used MCF before and expected this to remove the need for manually entering customer details. Instead, orders are sent to Amazon but remain stuck in “processing” and never get fulfilled, an issue others have also raised. Seller Support has been extremely poor — a 45-minute investigation resulted in generic responses and no resolution.

There should not be any need to input customer details manually; relevant customer details are automatically funneled from Shopify order management.

Our team looked into the order placed from your store on Feb 4 and found that it was cancelled manully via your Amazon account on Fe 6 before it could be shipped and delivered. We have also initiated an investigation into the support case to understand why it took so long and did not resolve your issue - we are committed to improve and make sure this experience does not occur again for any merchant.

As with any Amazon's product, the support is awful. Currently the app is sending fulfillment requests to Amazon, but MCF does not accept requests, nor does it provide any notification updates or support options. Amazon seller central support asks for Amazon MCF order number to proceed, which I don't have because the requests are not being received by Amazon.

We’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with this app. Despite submitting multiple tickets regarding display issues, the responses have been unsatisfactory. The most recent reply suggested that we are missing some CSS; however, the app fails to show any output, even without CSS.

The Amazon Reviews app has some straightforward customization options available; why doesn’t Amazon Prime? After months of trying to resolve these issues, we feel like we’re going in circles with no clear resolution or accountability from the support team.

In today’s tech landscape, an app should be plug-and-play. Given Amazon’s vast resources, it’s unacceptable that we have to jump through hoops for something as basic as CSS functionality, which is obviously not the reason the app doesn't print ANY output!

We’re left wondering if there are any plans to address these ongoing issues. Overall, this has been a very unsatisfactory experience

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT INSTALL! It's a way to steal your customers. Not only do they have no way to add your brand referral code (because why would I pay Amazon a referral fee when I'm using my own website to direct my own traffic- ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!), customer service won't even let me request the feature.

You are better off creating your own link with the brand referral code and adding it to your website, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH THIS APP!

Buy with Prime is designed to help brands grow your direct-to-consumer (DTC) business and increase customer conversion by offering fast, free delivery on your site. Shoppers should check out using the Buy with Prime button on your DTC site, not on Amazon.com. As such, the brand referral code is not meant to be added when using Buy with Prime. Once we connected this app and matched products, we were no longer able to create Draft orders in Shopify containing these products even though we had inventory in or non-Amazon location. For this reason we cannot use the app.
Amazon support was lacking. The installation call was quick, but no testing was done.

Installed the app to find product reviews/ratings from Amazon can't be brought over to my Shopify store - have not been integrated (yet ... according to a support agent). This was 99% of the value proposition for me. When this feature is available I will try it again and may reconsider my review.
