So far so good. The set up guide is really easy to follow, and when you can't figure something out the support team are amazing!!! They are a start up too, so you need to realise not all of the bells and whistles are there, but they are working on it and for the time being, it really has everything you need to launch an ambassador program successfully.

Absolutely love this app and the customer service is phenomenal. Easy set-up guide on how to create your program, discounts, landing pages, and standard emails to fit your brand style. Never had to wait long on questions being answered through their chat and you can tell it's a REAL person on the other side - great hype people too ;)

I'm new to Buzzbassadore and i must say, this is AMAZING! I'm impressed on how user friendly it is. I got it all set up in a few hours. The customer service team is so fast when it comes to responding so you don't waste to much time setting up if you come across an issue.

Great app. I personally love it cuz it's very easy to use and easy to manage all of my Ambassadors. Shelby and the whole team are fantastic and their customer support is on point!

Shopify has new apps everyday popping up...always with similar functionality and purpose --- you can go down rabbit holes easily trying to find apps that are a fit for your business. But, when I found Buzzbassador I was currently using Smilie.io -- which served my purpose of rewards & loyalty program for my customers...but, i didn't understand I was new to E-commerce and needed help onboarding and training...Well Buzzbassador Did. I quickly made the switch and couldn't be happier and confident that I'm maximizing all the value in the platform. Not to mention, Shelby (co-owner) and the entire Team answers all my questions in a timely manner --giving me the guidance I need to succeed. Again, you can find a 1000 shopify apps that do similar things --- but it's the Team behind the app...thats hard to find. Used this app to help organize my ambassador program - and it blew my expectations out of the water! The customer service is AMAZING, the layout is very user friendly, & it helps so much that buzzbassador takes care of the calculations & payouts so I don’t have to do it manually anymore!

It is such a pleasure doing business with such great people. Right after I subscribed for the app, I was able to schedule an intro meeting with the co-founder of the company and get true insight on how to deploy the service to serve my needs very specifically. The customer service is fantastic and the integration a breeze thanks to the hard work that was put in making amazingly detailed videos.
