It charges 100 times free view and 3usd per 1000 times view, or you can choose to pay 14.99usd per month for unlimited view, which is quite reasonable.

**UPDATE**
My emails submissions are not being entered into my mailchimp list even after I triple checked the integration. I tried contacting support but never heard back. I have not had anymore sales other than the one I mentioned below.

This is an awesome FREE app that has helped me convert many page visitors into purchasers!! There have been a couple users who claimed the code didn't work at checkout, but on the whole, it's been a great tool for my business!
