Joshua with BYOB honestly provided some of the BEST customer support I’ve ever experienced.
I was trying to set up some pretty advanced bundle settings on the app and was getting completely stuck on what I was doing wrong. Joshua was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, went directly into my store to troubleshoot and investigate the issue, and gave me multiple options for how to approach it.
What impressed me most is that he didn’t just “fix” the issue, he actually helped me create a BETTER setup than what I originally had in mind.
You can tell he genuinely cares about helping store owners succeed and not just closing support tickets as fast as possible. He literally waited on my to watch a 6 min. long video and test everything we were doing!
Because of the level of support alone, I’ll absolutely be staying after the free trial. Top notch customer service like is something you want to hold on to THANK U JOSHUA!!!
Great app with great support!
This app is easier to integrate and use than other bundling apps I've tried, and has more reasonable pricing tiers as well. The customer service is better than I ever imagined, and has made customizations easier than ever and feels truly tailored to my business.
Overall, this is an excellent app that has made it much easier for us to offer bundles and let customers create their own packs. The customer support team is fantastic. Every time we’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly and resolved issues right away.
Our only wish is for a few more features: the ability to set tiered discounts with multiple conditions, and more comprehensive tutorials or documentation to make setup even smoother. If those improvements are added, this would absolutely be a five-star app.

Regarding your request for tiered discounts with multiple conditions, this is unfortunately a technical conflict within Shopify’s current discounting system and not something that can be supported without breaking other core functions. While we cannot implement this feature, we are always looking for alternative ways to give merchants more flexibility in bundle pricing.

Good app - after trying out so many bundle apps, this one was definitely the winner. Fantastic service and swift resolvement of any issues - we had caused some problems within the product page, and they fixed it for us really fast! Thanks so much - it makes such a difference to get great service.
This app is literally perfect for what we needed. We had a couple of custom things we needed done and Benny helped us so quickly — seriously above and beyond. Amazing support and great app. Highly recommend!
We are so happy to have found this app – it's the only one in the App Store that does exactly what we need. We sell lots of different product bundles in our shop, like sets where you can mix and match tops and bottoms and and give a discount, or ones where some items are fixed and you can choose the size of others. This kind of bundling was easy in WooCommerce, but not in Shopify. Luckily, this app makes it possible. The customer support is also great; they answered quickly and helped me out right when I needed it. Definitely recommend it for anyone who needs to bundle products flexibly!
This app really helped us grow the sale, and support is great.
There is one gotcha, BYOB bundles do not work with FB market place.
This App allows you to create really complex bundles really easily. I have used other bundles apps in the past and they weren't so easy or had so many options as this one, and I sold SOOOO much more with bundles I created with BYOB compared to other APPS. Love it!
Great for custom bundles/packages that have a solid UX interface that allows you to acheive promotions/bundles that you can't typically do with Shopify. Support was good and communication was fast, very helpful! Easy and straightforward.
