was good

now orders just stay unfulfilled, customers biting my a** for a refund,

they dont respond nor reply to emails or anything, i dont even know if theyre still operating, i literally lost 70 dollars + for 2 canceled orders that i had to reund and yet those guys didnt respond nor give me back my money.

The app has no way to see orders pending or shipping information. ZERO communication. I don't even know if they are still in business!

I've had 3 abandoned orders this week because my shipping settings were incorrect in order for Cafe Supply to ship out. So I went to adjust my shipping settings under to the app's recommended settings (<$100, $10; $100+, 10%), but there is no way that I could easily find to adjust $100+ orders to 10%. I went ahead and constructed "tiered" shipping to accommodate, but it was an absolute hassle and now reading that other users are experiencing issues is making me wary that if ordering goes through, my customers won't receive their order. Sadly, no other coffee equipment dropshipping available via Shopify apps that I can see.

Unable to provide a timeline to my customer for missing product sue to Cafe Supply not providing estimates on all delivery's and not being available to provide shipping updates. I will update to more stars if I hear back from company.

I'm updating my review to 1 star until I hear back from them, then I don't mind changing it up again. Had a customer order something on December 15th and it's December 27th and have gotten no responses from their team when I sent in support requests or asked for info. Just tried their main website and hopefully they respond there. Seems to be nothing going on there.
