Calcurates: Accurate Shipping

It’s great I’ve found the Calcurates app as for a while I’ve been looking for a way to make my shipping at checkout more customizable. I also wanted to offer my customers a good variety of delivery methods with accurate rates. And I got it all from this single app.
The team and support is very responsive, I’ve booked a demo call and got a complete idea of how to set up the features I needed. I recommend this app to all Shopify store owners who is looking for high shipping flexibility at checkout.

Calcurates is our preferred shipping rate calculator for both Shopify and Magento 2. We've tried all the different solutions for charging duties and taxes at checkout, and Calcurates is the winner by far. They even help us calculate the shipping costs of packages coming from multiple warehouses, using multiple carriers, all in one order. Their pricing is a lot better than their competitors as well.

Calcurates has been fantastic for us! International shipping before was problematic, and costly. Now with us using calcurates our customers pay the true shipping cost, taking away the worry of over charging customers or undercharging customers.

We were using a similar app, but were unhappy with the support they provided, so removed it and defaulted to Shopify's shipping. However, our model is fairly complex with discounts according to weight and price and we had feedback that customers were experiencing very slow checkouts. Which we assume is why we had a steep increase in abandoned carts. Since we've had Calcurates installed we've had zero abandoned carts. From testing I can see the speed is excellent.

On top of this the support has been second to none. Calcurates were extraordinarily responsive and helpful (and patient!).

This has been an excellent solution for our business. The app is very customisable and this was needed as our business uses multiple carriers and multiple box sizes and weights. Nik helped us throughout setting up everything as required to fully customise it for our business. This app does everything we were looking for and more. We have some complex customizations and their team handled them in minutes. We tried several other shipping apps prior to finding this one and this app goes above and beyond anything else we found. The team is responsive and very easy to work with. A very handy app, helped me configure many rates and set everything up according to my shipping requirements. Some of the features are a bit complicated though. I would also like to thank a quick and thorough customer support. I will keep an eye out for your updates.
