At first, it was not very easy for me to understand the configuration of the application, and I even thought that it would be too complicated, but after spending a little time I figured out all the details and was able to configure the necessary settings for me very accurately.
I think if I had booked the demo call, in the beginning, I would have figured it out even faster.
To sum it up, it’s a good app that allows you to customize your shipping rates very precisely, but for beginners it might look a bit complicated.

Thanks for the feedback! Setting up shipping can be complicated, however we are working on simplifying our user interface and the shipping configuration experience.
