I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works. We used this app to allow customers to edit/cancel orders after purchase. This helped cut down our customer support time; also improve customers' experience tremendously. This app also allows customers to edit/cancel orders from their account page. Axel from the development team has been super responsive and helpful. Even helping us to fix some customized issues when the app clashes with our theme. Definitely recommend this app to whoever needs this function. Great customer experience.

This is an excellent order cancel/edit/reorder app. Had some trouble installing due to leftover code from a prior app. But Axel weeded out the old code and helped me on a Sunday to get everything set up.
