Beautiful app, beautiful experience, insanely fast and helpful customer service. That's exactly what I was looking for! Glad I found these guys!

The app was easy to install and use. Their customer service was responsive and quick. They even voluntarily helped me out with making the app looking more native to my site.

Candy Cart is a really great app, it has helped increase our AOV brilliantly and quickly.

But the best thing about Candy Cart is the customer support, it's probably the best support I've had from a company! Big shout out to Lucia and Anastasia for helping with all our queries to get things working as best as they can!

Amazing! I was looking for an In-Cart Upsell not a Post Up-sell. Within 5min of installing it we had our first In-Cart UPsell. My only problem was the monthly charge, it was different to what the app said it would be. They reached out to see if i was happy and told them of the dilemma and they instantly fixed it by sending me a link. If you haven't tried this app your missing out in sales, forget the abandoned cart emails and followups and Post Up-Sells, this is definitely a working app and you will recoup your monies within the day. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

I looovvveee Candy Cart and Candy Rack. Simple, Effective, Not aggressive, Stylish. Mobile Friendly. Everything I wanted from a Upsell.
The support team is super fast.
...and I tried all of the others app there. This is what I wanted.

The in cart upsell portion of this app (so basically 99% of it) can't be used with discount codes. It literally eliminates the discount code section from your website. Almost all e-commerce stores need to have the ability to offer discount codes to their customers.

We always strive to provide the best possible service and truly help merchants grow their business using our apps. And if we fail, like in your case, we come back with a solution.

Candy Cart uses draft order checkout, allowing merchants to create multiple upsells with different discounts and combine them. That wouldn't be possible without a draft order.

But you are right, and customers can't enter any additional discount on top in the checkout. We communicate this pretty clearly on the app listing (i.e., on this page) and during the onboarding. I am sorry you missed it.

For using custom discounts in the checkout, you can test out Candy Rack, which works completely fine with additional discount codes.

We also plan to revisit Candy Cart behavior in the future. Until then, I have sent you an email with more details and suggestions on how we can help. I still believe we can make it right and fix it.
