Love this app! And I can't say enough good things about their customer support team. They are always available and help quickly and kindly. It's boosted my sales so easily. Highly recommend.

Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see.

I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.

This app does exactly what we wanted. It allows a little offer after a product is added to cart, which has allowed us to get a little bump on AOV, it's also been useful for post purchase upsell, although we're still figuring out the best offers for our customers. Customer support are awesome and Lucia was MEGA helpful and you can tell they really want us to succeed as a business.

I highly recommend Candy Rack, not only for their exceptional customer support but also for their fantastic product. The support with this app is phenomenal. I have had a ton of questions, and they've looked into every issue I've had with patience and courtesy. The app works as expected.

I was a little disappointed to find out the thank you page upsell is currently unavailable on the new checkout, but they're working on getting this back. I'm currently using a checkout upsell and post purchase upsell and everything is working like it should. The app paid for itself within the first day or two.

Absolutely delighted with this app.

I needed an app the did Digital upselling and they did.
I needed an app toshow the upsell either on the product or cart page and they did.
A very easy process setting everything up. Superhelpful team. Cannot recommend hightly enough!!
